Residential rates & policies

Published terms for personal, non-commercial private residences. Please read before booking.

On-site rate
$180/hr onsite, billed hourly after 1-hr minimum
Deposit
$50 to book, credited to final bill (e.g. 1-hr job → $130 due at end)
Cancellations
Cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the $50 deposit
Adult present
An adult (18+) must be present for the full visit
Eligibility
Residential rates apply to personal, non-commercial private residences only
Business setups
Business rates apply to income-generating, home-based business, remote professional, or nonprofit setups
Reclassification
Nice2GeekYou may reclassify Residential → Business at technician discretion; client pays Business Rate plus applicable commercial diagnostic fees
